• We will provide you, upon request, with documentation regarding the final destination of the processed waste.

• You are obligated to provide us with accurate information regarding the nature and approximate quantity of equipment intended for recycling.
• You are responsible for deleting personal or confidential data from devices before handover.
• You have the right to transparency regarding the recycling process applied to your electronic waste.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided for that specific case.

4. Termination of Service Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any client who violates the provisions of these terms, provides false information, or uses the services in an abusive or fraudulent manner. The client may cease using the services at any time by notifying us.
